Situated in a thriving area of Manchester, this project involved the redevelopment of 25 acres of underutilized land into a bustling retail park. Designed to cater to the growing demands of the local community, the development now houses a variety of retail outlets, dining establishments, and entertainment facilities, attracting thousands of visitors each week.
The Manchester Retail Park Development project was initiated to transform an underdeveloped site into a modern, high-traffic commercial hub. The project included extensive planning to address zoning regulations, environmental assessments, and community needs.Strategically designed to maximize accessibility and foot traffic, the retail park features ample parking, pedestrian-friendly pathways, and eco-friendly construction practices. Our team played a pivotal role in land procurement, securing planning permissions, and overseeing the construction process. The project was delivered on time and within budget, making it a flagship development for Urban Horizons Development Ltd.
