This ambitious project involved the transformation of 100 acres of strategically located land in Cambridgeshire into a mixed-use development featuring residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. Designed with a long-term vision, the development integrates seamlessly with local infrastructure and supports the area’s growing population.
The Cambridgeshire Mixed-Use Development project was initiated to provide a balanced and sustainable solution for the region’s housing, business, and recreational needs. The site was strategically chosen for its proximity to transport links and urban centers, making it ideal for long-term growth.Ares Land played a critical role in securing the necessary planning permissions, negotiating with stakeholders, and overseeing the phased development. The project includes 500 residential units, a retail park, office spaces, and 20 acres of landscaped green spaces, all designed to foster a sense of community and sustainability.
